Privacy notice
Version of 24 October 2026. This notice covers this website and its waitlist.
Who we are
ManevTech Solutions Ltd runs callbackcode.dev and is responsible for your data. Write to contact@callbackcode.dev about anything in this notice.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address,
- the date and time you joined,
- the version of this notice you agreed to,
- your goal (for example, getting your first developer job), only if you answer the optional question after joining.
We do not ask for your name. The site sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers.
Counting visits
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, to learn whether changes to this page help. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you to other sites. For each page view it records the page, the site that linked to it, your browser, device type and country, and we see only totals. Cloudflare states that it does not use your IP address or a browser fingerprint to recognise you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the page is used (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Keeping out automated signups
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is signing up. Usually you see nothing; sometimes you are asked to tick a box. To do this, Cloudflare looks at your IP address and signals from your browser, and uses them only for this check.
To limit how many signups come from one network, we also keep a scrambled code made from your IP address, and delete it within 25 hours. The code is made with a secret key, so it cannot be turned back into your address. We use it only to count signups. The legal basis for both is our legitimate interest in protecting the waitlist from abuse (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Why, and on what basis
We use your email address only to tell you about Callback: when the beta opens, invitations to test it, and the launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)), which you give with the checkbox. We do not sell or share your address, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
If you tell us your goal, we use it to understand who is interested in Callback and to choose beta testers, and nothing else. Answering is up to you, which is your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)); write to us and we will delete it.
Where it is stored
The waitlist is kept in a database run for us by Supabase, in the European Union (Ireland). The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. When you submit the form, Supabase also receives your IP address and browser details, as part of handling the request. Both act only on our instructions. Fonts are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the waitlist, or until 12 months after Callback launches, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can leave the waitlist at any time: use the link in any email we send, or write to contact@callbackcode.dev. Leaving withdraws your consent and we delete your address. You can also ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. We reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to a data protection authority, such as Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection or the one where you live.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 16 or older.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the version date above. If a change affects how we use your email address, we will tell you by email before it applies.
